Welcome Message

The default welcome message is:

โ€œHi, how may I help you?โ€ as shown in the image below.

[In French, the default welcome message is โ€œBonjour, comment puis-je vous aiderโ€]

If you would like a different copy, please provide it for each language to your project manager.

Logo

If you would like to change the logo, you need to send to your project manager your desired logo image in the following conditions:

--> 513 x 513 pixels

--> PNG format

Theme colour

If you would like to change the theme colour, you need to send to your project the desired theme colour of the chat window in HEX format to your project manager.

--> Example: '#837c76'

Subtitle

Default copy is:

--> โ€œYour virtual assistantโ€

[In French: โ€œVotre assitant virtuelโ€]

If you would like a different copy, please provide it for each language to your project manager.
