Heyday Chat

Overview

The Heyday chat widget consists of two elements ✌️:

1. The chat window.

2. The floating button (or bubble) that allows the user to open or close the chat window.

The chat can be enabled in two different formats:

1. The Heyday white-labeled widget, which has no association with any social network, therefore retains privacy for the customer.

2. A Facebook Messenger widget, which leverages the Facebook platform to engage with customers and their Facebook profiles.
