The teammate CSAT works similar to the Chatbot CSAT. However, the feedback is focused on the teammate service.
Analyzing the teammate conversations with neutral or low customer feedback is an excellent way to identify areas that need improvement, as well as boost the confidence of the teammates.
It is always good practice to consider the context of the conversation. Recall: Customers may rate the teammate CSAT out of frustration with the company and/or the product.
