How to create an Instagram account

To create a business account on instagram it is necessary to create a personal account before.

1. Go to the Instagram page and click on Sign up

2. Add your information in the specified sections then click on the Sign up button.

3. After entering the information to create an account, instagram will ask for a birthdate [This is a mandatory step for instagram users].

4. Upon entering the birthdate and clicking on Next, Instagram will automatically send a 6-digit code to the phone or the email used in the sign up section.

Good job! You have an instagram account.

Now let’s convert it to a Business Account!

How to set up a business account

In this section we will convert the instagram profile created into a business account. To do so:

1. Click on your profile on the top right corner and select Settings

2. Select Switch to Professional account

3. Select a Category for your business and tap Done.

4. Tap OK to confirm.

5. Add Contact details and tap Next. Or tap Don’t use my contact info to skip this step!
