Your Business must be verified with Facebook. This is represented by a grey check mark on your business page. You can verify the status of your business in the Security Center section of your Facebook Business Settings page.

Once your WhatsApp Business Account is created with the information required above and you’ve verified your Facebook Business account, WhatsApp will ask you to verify your phone number.
You will receive a 6-digit verification code via SMS or a phone call.
