• Messenger Guest Mode conversations cannot be attributed for privacy reasons

    • For this reason, Heyday highly recommends the use of the Heyday chat

  • Attribution is dependent on receiving customer information like the client ID or email, this means if the user chats on mobile but buys on desktop we can attribute the sale assuming that the user has provided the Client ID or email during both interactions

    • Heyday asks that the widget be present on the client checkout page since this is when most users will log into their account or use an email for order confirmation.
