Technical Requirements

The Video chat feature doesn’t require any additional software or integrations for regular use.

It will function using your browser’s built-in Video settings. However, mobile users chatting via Facebook Messenger may receive a notification that their browser is not supported with an option to copy the video link.

For the best mobile experience we recommend using Google Chrome on Android and Safari on iOS (iPhone, iPad). 👍
