Access your profile by clicking on Your Name at the top right corner of the inbox.

Once you click on your name, a purple tab expands from the right side of the screen, displaying your profile picture, name, type of access and organization.

Your type of access will show Admin or Teammate. Followed by the drop down menu with the organizations you are a part of.

How to Edit Your Configurations

On the purple tab, click on:

Heyday Inbox Version​

Last but not least, sometimes you may be asked what version of the Heyday Inbox you're using. The number you must provide is displayed as indicated below:

​: to upload profile picture, change language preference, name display and email address.

​: to subscribe to relevant notifications.

When it is time to log off and rest, don't forget to use the Logout buttonto disconnect from the Heyday inbox! 👍
