Flow referral is the attribute that defines the welcome message. This is edited to provide a customized experience to the client by setting the welcome message to be displayed in accordance to the page the customer is accessing.
To set the flow referral attribute (ref) we use the DialogID parameter. For example:
The DialogId, as the name implies, is the ID of the dialog to be displayed to the client. With that said, a different DialogID can be set for different pages within your website.
