Having a signature template for the teammate is a simple and yet effective way to maintain organization, uniformity as well as display your brands name and logo.

Variables available to customize for each teammate:

• Teammate first name

• Teammate first name initial

• Teammate last name

• Teammate last name initial

• Agent email

Use the Pen icon to add or remove your signature from the email.

The signature must be provided by the brand in HTML format. The variable can be included in the HTML as listed below:

• Teammate First Name: $agentFirstName

• Teammate First Name Initial: $agentFirstNameInitial

• Teammate Last Name: $agentLastName

• Teammate Last Name Initial: $agentLastNameInitial
