There are two ways for the customers to retrieve the latests information on their order after connecting to your brand:
Customers can contact your brand via chat (ex: website, Facebook, etc.) and ask for an update. In such instances, the chatbot retrieves the latest information from the shipping carrier and displays the information directly inside the chat.

Your customers can subscribe to Facebook Messenger notifications and choose to receive this shipment related information via Messenger.
Customers can subscribe to notification in two ways:
