The term flow is used to define a segment of the chat script that refers to a specific topic or service that is available via the chatbot.
These flows are split into 5 overarching flow types:
Relating to referrals to marketing campaigns
Relating to anything segment of the chat that requires teammate intervention.
Example: Asking to speak to a teammate
Relating to any sales related chatbot service
Example: Product Search or Product Recommendations
--> Relating to any support related chat bot service
Example: Order Tracking or Store Information
Unrelated to any of the above types.
