Flow Definitions

The term flow is used to define a segment of the chat script that refers to a specific topic or service that is available via the chatbot.

These flows are split into 5 overarching flow types:

Campaigns --> Relating to referrals to marketing campaigns

Transfer --> Relating to anything segment of the chat that requires teammate intervention.

Example: Asking to speak to a teammate

Sales --> Relating to any sales related chatbot service

Example: Product Search or Product Recommendations

Support --> Relating to any support related chat bot service

Example: Order Tracking or Store Information

Other --> Unrelated to any of the above types.
