As the name suggests, this tab gathers all the conversations that are designated as a priority and/or requires further attention.

How to set a conversation as priority from the Primary section of the Heyday Inbox

Click on the star shown to the far-right-hand side as indicated below

This will immediately add the conversation in the Starred tab, that way, teammates can keep track of important chats.

It is also possible to prioritize a conversation from the chat, which is explained in the Priority page under In Chat.
