Primary and other are two categories at which conversations are separated in the Heyday Inbox.
Under Primary, you'll find the main conversations with the clients, which includes:
New Requests
Open Conversations
Assigned to me
Starred
Under Other, you'll find conversations that are currently handled by the BOT (Chatbot Conversations) and conversations that were closed by a teammate (Closed Conversations).
