🚪Closed Conversations

The Closed Conversations tab will filter all conversations that were closed by teammates.

By opening a closed conversation window, at the bottom center, a button will display the option to Reactivate Conversation.

By selecting Reactivate Conversation, the chat reopens and is automatically assigned to yourself. A message is displayed stating that you have joined the conversation.
