Chat Display
In the chat display you decide when the chat widget is on and visible to your customers

    Go to your settings > General > Chat Display
  2. 2.
    Use the toggle to turn your chat widget visibility to ON or OFF
  3. 3.
    Publish your changes to confirm
THE FOLLOWING SECTIONS ARE AVAILABLE FOR SHOPIFY USERS ONLY:

In this section you're able to set:
  • Widget language
  • Greeting message
  • Background colour
  • Company name
  • Subhead* [Premium feature]
  • Welcome message* [Premium feature]
  • Absence message* [Premium feature]
  • Upload your logo

In this section you can manage the default language or add another language for your BOT.
Default languages available are French and English
