Non-Local Entry Points

Google allows for users to chat with you directly from the search engine results page.

This allows you to engage with customers directly via the Google interface without users needing to speak to a specific branch or location as they would for Local entry points.

A quick search of your business could launch a conversation.

Currently this feature needs to be accompanied by Local entry points, for requirements please review the Overview.
