Invite your team to Heyday to handle all the incoming customer requests efficiently. By adding your teammates to Heyday, you:

• reduce your first response time

• route conversations to knowledge experts

• add bandwidth to assist more customers

• personalize all interactions

How To invite your team to Heyday

1. Click on the Settings icon in the left bottom corner

2. Click on Teams > Teammates

3. Fill in the First name, Last name, Email and Access type

4. Click on the Send invitation button

Please ensure that the email address you provide is accurate. Teammates will receive an invitation to activate their Heyday account on the email address provided.

🏀 Please note: Only Admins have permission to add teammates, and the invitation link expires after 72-hours.
