Department Report

This report is essentially a pivot table on the conversations report, for conversations which were escalated to a human, by department. It should be filterable by date and only contain closed conversations.

  • Last deparment

  • Last channel type

  • Total closed conversations

  • Average intitial response within business hours

  • Average subsequent response within business hours

  • Average total teammate participation within business hours

  • Average teammates last csat 0-100

  • total teammates
