How to Grant Access to Your Instagram Account

Granting a third party access to your Instagram account is simple but requires access to a matching Facebook business account. If you still haven’t granted access to your Facebook page please come back once you have.

Once Facebook access is granted you can connect your Instagram account to the Facebook page. If you already have, Instagram access has already been given.

However if you haven’t connected your Instagram account yet we’ve provided you with a quick step by step guide on how to do so.

• Navigate to your Page Settings

• Navigate to the Instagram Tab

• In the upper right corner of the tab (below the Instagram logo) click on Connect Account

• In the pop-up make sure the option to Allow access to Instagram messages in Inbox is toggled On and click Continue

• In the new pop-up window, login to your Instagram account

• Confirm that access to correct account has been given
